Physio Connect is a patient
- focused Multidisciplinary clinic that offers, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Chiropractor services. Conveniently located within Erin Mills Town Center in Mississauga.

We are looking for a Motivated Patient care coordinators to work at Multidisciplinary clinic that offers service for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopath, Naturopath and RMT.

**Responsibilities**
- The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest level of patient and family focused service to a wide spectrum of patients by timely and effectively communicating key Clinic resources, providing assistance and support with navigating Physio Connect and the health care system, enabling in-patient visitors and conducting patient experience surveys. Confidentially manage patient accounts. Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing. Ensure compliance with professional standards. Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment.

**Qualification and Skills**
- At least one year of client focused experience in a health care setting is preferred
- At least two years of sales or customer service experience would be an asset
- Demonstrated Person Centered Care/Customer Service behavior required
- Proficiency in Conflict Management and Resolution skills
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a dynamic and complex setting
- Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows and patient care system
- Able to organize work and perform tasks effectively at a fast pace in response to an unpredictable environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with exceptional interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MISSISSAUGA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
