**Overview**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Operate various fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, welders.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sign fabrication or manufacturing is preferred; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in fabrication work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques or metalworking is a plus.
