**Responsibilities and Duties of the Machine Operator will include**:

- Maintain detailed shift logs for all aspects of production and operations;
- Set up and adjust processing equipment to prepare for operation;
- Operate single-function equipment for production and packaging associated products;
- Check products to ensure conformance to company standards;
- Monitor for problems and clear machine blockages as required;
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to the supervisor;
- Perform corrective and preventive machine adjustments, clean machines and immediate work areas;
- Perform product testing, calibration of tools and equipment in aid research and development;
- Comply with all safety and health regulations;
- Additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Previous experience in a food or beverage manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience;
- Must be detail-oriented;
- Strong understanding of production and plant processes;
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement;
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions;
- Desire to work in a team environment;
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time;
- Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary);
- Strong communication and time-management skills;
- Ability to use Google Suite Products;
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

**Job Type**:Full-time, Shift-work, Weekend Availability

**Experience and Education**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Work experience - 3-5 years
- Food and Beverage Manufacturing Experience
