**Supply Chain Analyst**

Department: Supply Chain

Location: Laval, QC; Toronto, ON; Calgary, AB

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely

**THE ROLE**

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Foodservice Supply Chain through effective coordination, logistics and management of all North America Foodservice fresh food and dispensed beverage product, packaging and supplies.

He/she also supports new listing process and coordinates product information with local resources in North America.

Support of new category offers are to include product listing, product forecasts, product production, logistics tracking and overall supplier performance.

He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day Couche-Tard/Circle K Supply Chain reporting and communication to our internal customers.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  
- Responsible for the weekly management of the Global Food Supply Chain In North America working with our Distributor partners;
- Responsible for Department reporting (Supply chain updates, Distributor Fill rate, Supplier performances);
- Actively work with Circle K Quality Assurance Department ensuring that product suppliers meet all required certifications, insurance and HAACP requirements, before proceeding to listing;
- Creates and support the Global Food Service Team with quarterly reporting to view procurement opportunities and review supplier time frame agreements related to all Foodservice product activities;
- Analyze effectiveness and performance of new concepts, provide reporting and offer input for improvements; how to minimize costs and maintain quality/safety standards;
- Plays a role to ensure optimal collaboration and communication with key stakeholders and within the various networks;
- May represent the global category team in local internal and external forums within food chain management;
- Be a Supply Chain resources point for current listed product in the Foodservice team for all local resources and support roles in North America;
- Partner with Procurement for Foodservice product, packaging and supplies RFP projects. Coordinate with Category for creation of all specifications needed for competitive RFP’s;
- May participate in relevant industry events to Support Circle K Supply Chain ongoing improvement;
- Flexible with working hours and travel to support all global ways of working.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

**Experience**
- Experience in project management and Supply Chain;
- Strong skills in collaboration, cooperation, communication and organization;
- Minimum 5 years experience working in FMCG, retail and/or Foodservice industry;
- Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs;
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written;
- French communication skills are an asset;
**EDUCATION**
- Higher relevant education (5 years) or experience equivalent;
- Additional relevant education a plus;
- Fluent in English (oral and written);
