- GEA Bakery is a leading supplier of demanding industrial processing equipment and solutions for the cakes, pies, cookies and biscuits, crackers and snacks industry. - Your responsibilities and tasks:

- First point of contact with Customer on Service;
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment;
- Provides technical support to customers including troubleshooting and problem resolution;
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines;
- Provides training of customers’ operators and maintenance personnel;
- Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules.

Your profile and qualifications:

- 5 years hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems as applied to industrial machinery;
- Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC and PC based control systems (e.g. Allen Bradley/Rockwell essential);
- Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics and hydraulics;
- Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems;
- Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people;
- Strong customer service orientation with “do whatever it takes” attitude;
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated and highly organized;
- Must be able to work independently;
- Excellent computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
- Able to travel (up to 70%).
