**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Process and track all warranty claims while ensuring proper documentation and policy adherence with a high degree of accuracy to ensure quick resolution
- Communicate and work closely with the service team to gather information on necessary warranty claims
- Communicate with General Motors to resolve warranty issues and ensure compliance with their policies
- Process all Transportation Damage claims as per GM policy and procedure
- Ensure all payments and paperwork are processed correctly and completed accurately
- Track and assist in service shuttle pick-ups/drop-offs
- Provide customer service support such as responding to customers at the front desk, answering inbound general service calls, booking appointments, vehicle pickups and addressing customer requests and inquiries
- Provide additional administrative support for the Service Department as required

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in warranty administration is an asset with bonus points give to those with GM experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems with the ability to quickly and effectively navigate multiple software programs
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a criminal record check
