**What You’ll Do**

As the Delivery Manager (DM), you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering assigned customer projects. You will be the designated driver on our Customer Project Team, keeping projects in control while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery. You are front-line with the customer and are expected to coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery. This is a hands-on role where the ability to understand customer needs combined with a knowledge of software delivery cycle are essential to succeed.

From a project perspective, this includes managing customer expectations, ensuring that committed-to functionality is delivered, and delivery timing meets customer’s needs. You will maintain overall responsibility for customer satisfaction, project scope, schedule, and margin.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients, partners and team members through project analysis, design, development, deployment, and operation phases
- Ensuring that the team identifies how to enhance and resolve client’s business needs
- Building customer confidence to attain referenceable customers
- Overseeing/planning and executing project deliveries
- Keeping customers in the loop through multiple touchpoints and ensuring that project commitments are met
- Controlling scope through product configuration and identifying change requests as needed
- Delivering high quality software that minimizes re-work and post go-live defects
- Ensuring that project costs are tracked accurately through proper time reporting practices
- Managing project close-out process (billing, lessons learned, etc.)

In addition to the main responsibilities, a DM at i-Sight will also be:

- Managing multiple customer project implementations
- Fostering teamwork and building a positive and professional work environment
- Ensuring appropriate training and coaching of team members to improve team skillsets
- Ensuring individual team members are meeting committed dates, committed quality, and committed costs
- Manage Team Schedules/Planning Team Resourcing
- Keeping Senior Management team informed on project status, challenges and new opportunities
- Collaborate with other internal teams i(Other Delivery Teams, Infrastructure, Sales and Marketing, Support and Platform)
- Sharing best practices, mentoring across teams, resource sharing, demo support etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven client management track records (Service Delivery Management, Consulting, and/or Pre-Sales)
- 3+ years managing a team of 3-4+ resources
- Experience with remote team management
- 2-4 years of project management experience
- University degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on relationship and expectation management
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
