**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their care journey, making sure they feel informed, supported, and confident with their personalized protocols.

- Schedule and lead one-on-one appointments with patients to walk them through their care plans in a clear, step-by-step way, answering questions and helping them understand the next steps like IV therapy or additional treatments.

- Check in with patients during visits and IV sessions to ensure they’re comfortable, happy with their care, and feeling heard.
- Help troubleshoot any issues patients are having with their protocols, offering solutions or adjustments when appropriate and collaborating with the senior physician when needed for more complex cases.
- Write thorough patient notes after each interaction to document communications and keep the full integrative care team aligned and informed.
- Keep care flowing smoothly by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and ongoing communication between patients and the clinic team.
