**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their care journey, making sure they feel informed, supported, and confident with their personalized protocols.
- Create customized treatment protocols based on bloodwork analysis, private testing results (e.g., Dutch Test, DNA methylation, GI panels), and clinical recommendations, including supplements, lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and referrals.
- Schedule and lead one-on-one appointments with patients to walk them through their care plans in a clear, step-by-step way, answering questions and helping them understand the next steps like IV therapy or additional treatments.
- Work closely with the supervising physician / CEO to design and update protocols for a range of specialty tests and therapies.
- Adjust and fine-tune treatment protocols as needed based on patient feedback and progress, making sure care plans stay personal, flexible, and effective.
- Deliver (in a second or third iteration) lab and imaging results to patients, explaining findings and offering support during follow-up conversations.
- Check in with patients during visits and IV sessions to ensure they’re comfortable, happy with their care, and feeling heard.
- Help troubleshoot any issues patients are having with their protocols, offering solutions or adjustments when appropriate and collaborating with the senior physician when needed for more complex cases.
- Write thorough patient notes after each interaction to document communications and keep the full integrative care team aligned and informed.
- Keep care flowing smoothly by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and ongoing communication between patients and the clinic team.

**Qualifications**
- Medical degree from an accredited institution outside of the United States.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and principles of patient care.
- Experience in medication administration within a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of medicine.
