**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator with daily logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Help receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; report and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the preparation and packaging of outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Maintain and organize shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Aid in coordinating shipments with freight carriers and internal departments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Use inventory systems to record stock movements and help maintain accurate records.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and contribute to overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Deliver products to LCBO stores, LCOs, and event venues in a safe and timely manner.
- Represent the company professionally during deliveries and on-site interactions with clients and partners.
- Assist with event logistics as needed, including product transport, setup, and support.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams to fulfill delivery and shipping needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to logistics functions.
- Provide occasional support in training new or temporary warehouse staff under the guidance of the Coordinator.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for delivery duties)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable using inventory software and basic computer systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or deliveries

- 8 hour shift
