Family Dental Office in Markham looking for a part time Dental Receptionist/Administrator.

Must have at least one year experience in the dental field as a dental receptionist. Position is for approximately 40 hours a week, including one Saturday.

We will provide training on our dental software, Knowledge of Dentrix is an asset, Speaking Mandarin is an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and address patient concerns efficiently.
- Process patient payments and insurance claims, verifying coverage and benefits as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
