Retail Store Manager

Are you a self-starter who values creating amazing customer experience? We are hiring immediately for a Retail Store Manager (General Manager), which we call a Store Leader, with experience leading a team of 70 in a high-sales volume store. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our store, from leading a team of Assistant Store Leaders, Team Leads and Advisors to partnering with all areas of the business, and vendors to set the standard of success.

What you’ll do:
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun- Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety)- Maintain a healthy profit and loss

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching a retail team of at least 50 associates- 3+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
