**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead the service team, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling appointments and assigning tasks to technicians.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, providing estimates, and explaining repair options.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting.
- Implement effective upselling strategies to promote additional services and products to customers.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accurate transactions and financial accountability.
- Maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations while promoting a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience in Chrysler dealership** settings is mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues.
- Ability to effectively manage a team while fostering collaboration and motivation.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management within a service department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology or management are advantageous.
