**Job Description Summary**:
Looking to make a difference and be the dedicated expert on Compensation to STEMCELL’s Sales department? Want to align yourself with an innovative purpose-driven organization that supports life science research? As the Compensation Partner for Sales, you will deliver and provide recommendations on the company’s various global compensation programs with a focus on our global sales compensation programs. Act as a trusted partner to the HR Service Delivery team, consulting and advising on compensation programs and initiatives, as well as leading the client group through our cyclical compensation activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Advises, partners and consults with HR Business, Talent Partner teams and leaders in the Sales department to solve challenging compensation related matters and lead these teams and clients through our various cyclical compensation activities
- Projects Manages cyclical global and enterprise wide compensation programs ensuring programs are maintained for global and regional market competitiveness
- Serves as an expert in conventional compensation practices while also builds strong external partnerships to better understand market pressures, collect intelligence and understands the latest trends, so that each compensation recommendation made supports our competitive positioning
- Extracts, compiles and synthesizes large data sets from a variety of sources while maintaining its integrity and confidentiality. Fluent in all compensation related information systems, google sheets and excel

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or master's with 4-8 years of experience or PHD with 2-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory.
- Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of revenue-based incentive plans, pay mix, associated policies and governance frameworks
- Experience managing annual sales salary increase and incentive programs
- CPHR and CCP designation an asset
