Compensation Partner

**Job Description Summary**:
Looking to make a difference and be the expert on Compensation? Want to align yourself with an innovative purpose-driven organization that supports life science research? As a Compensation Partner you will deliver and provide recommendations on the company’s various global compensation programs. Act as a trusted partner to the HR Service Delivery team, consulting and advising on compensation programs and initiatives, as well as leading their client groups through our cyclical compensation activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Advises, partners and consults with HR Business & Talent Partner teams and all levels of their client departments to solve challenging compensation related matters and lead these teams and their clients through our various cyclical compensation activities
- Projects Manages cyclical global and enterprise wide compensation programs ensuring programs are maintained for global and regional market competitiveness
- Serves as an expert in conventional compensation practices while also builds strong external partnerships to better undrestand market pressures, collect intelligence and understands the latest trends, so that each compensation recommendation made supports our competitive positioning
- Extracts, compile and synthesize large data sets from a variety of sources while maintaining its integrity and confidentiality. Fluent in all compensation related information systems, google sheets and excel.

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or master's with 4-8 years of experience or PHD with 2-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory.
- CPHR and CCP designation an asset
