We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Warehouse Team as our Warehouse Coordinator

**THE DETAILS**:
**You'll be joining our Mont Royal team at 7900 Devonshire Road, in a full-time capacity.**

**THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED**:

- Flexibility and excellent organizational skills
- Confident and able to process databases and run reports and queries from databases
- Strong positive attitude, Motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
- Pay particular attention to details, experience in customer service
- Able to work in a fast working environment
- Answering customer calls relating to delivers and pickups
- Booking customer delivers
- Using routing software to create delivery routes
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Communicate regularly with the stores and customer service
- Knowledge of the lower mainland is considered an asset
- Communicate regularly with 3PL companies
- Experience using POS systems

**MORE ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with store management, delivery and shipping staff at LDC and EQ3 customer service
- Verification of deliveries every day to ensure that all items have been delivered Between the quantities of products (stock shipments) in Storis
- Ensures that the receipt of the report corresponds to what was actually ordered (to ensure that the warehouse is not in lack of stock)
