**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the **Warehouse Customer Service Representative** will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining effective communication between customers and internal teams. This role involves overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods while prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage customer orders within our system.
- Track and update all pickups and deliveries.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for order corrections, referral preparations, and internal/customer transfers.
- Keep reference tools updated for transactions and transfers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and night dispatcher to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate billing and communicate charges to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Enter shipping and receiving data into the **TruckMate (TMS) system** with accuracy.
- Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and ensuring resolution.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to maintain seamless communication between departments.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **3 years of customer service experience** (preferably in warehousing).
- Experience in **3PL operations** (an asset).
- Bilingual (French & English) - oral and written.
- Strong work ethic, energetic, and a team player with a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and deadlines.
- Knowledge of **import/export processes** (an asset).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, PC Miler, and TruckMate** (an asset).
