We currently manage 25 McArthurGlen Designer Outlets, many more than any other operator, across eight countries. **Core Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet internal and external customers at the Information Desk, resolving queries/complaints in a professional and friendly manner, and proactively offer information to add the greatest value possible to the customer experience
- Ensure the Information Desk is always clean, tidy, well-organized and well-stocked with relevant information to ensure that McArthurGlen is positively promoted
- Process McArthurGlen gift card transactions accurately
- Record, coordinate and report relevant information, including lost & found property, rental services, walk-in tourist groups efficiently and accurately
- At all times act in the company’s best interests and in the best interests of those entities which we represent

**Requirements**:

- Have at least two-year experience in retail or front-line customer service
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
- Have basic knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Able to work 5 days/week and 30-40 hours/week
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
