Our busy day spa is looking to thoughtfully add a guest experience professional to our growing team. Creating a luxury experience with the warmth and friendliness of a community based local business is what we excel at and we are now looking to add a team member to join us in delivering elevated guest experiences.

You can expect your day to be filled with the following:

- ensuring all guest touch points from check-in and check-out are professional, welcoming and aligned with our service protocols;
- overseeing the day to day activities at the front desk with bookings, payments and inquiries as well as stepping in where appropriate to create memorable experiences with our guests;
- managing our appointment scheduling with a focus on efficiency and profitability while sharing in our guest retention responsibilities
- opening/closing the spa to be always be guest ready;
- assisting with admin tasks, laundry, tea service and in-spa marketing

Your day to day tasks will ensure our business runs smoothly, our schedules are full and our guests leave us knowing they will return. Your calm and welcoming energy combined with a guest-centered philosophy on what a service based business really means will be your super power. You enjoy and understand what it means to work as a team, knowing how to connect and compromise. And, if we haven’t already mentioned it a few times already, you do need to enjoy working with people as part of your personality.

This role is more than a front desk or reception position and expectations on product knowledge, systems, protocols and guest experience will need to be consistently met.

There is room for growth as you build your knowledge of our guests and our business as we continue to be one of the best spas in the lower mainland to visit and to work for.

**Compensation and benefits to working with us**
- $25 per hour once front desk training has been completed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
