As a Westin Fitness Centre & Pool Attendant in our dynamic Service Express team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the Westin Workout Fitness Center and Swimming Pool. You will diligently monitor and log occupancy in this area to ensure the space remains within necessary limits. You ensure the Westin standards and level of service are being adhered to within this facility, while creating a positive space for our guests embody our Move Well Pillar.

**Position Requirements**:

- Monitor and log guest visits to this space to ensure occupancy levels remain within allowable levels
- Frequently sanitize and clean space
- Provides constant feedback to Engineering and Service Express concerning service issues, including guest desires, complaints and comments
- Creates lasting impressions with our guest by going that extra mile in creating memorable experiences
- Maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of the Pool and Health Club
- Complete and submit daily checklist and logs for each shift and note any deficiencies
- Ensures that the area is stocked well with amenities and towels
- Ensures that all the machines in the Health Club are functional
- Ensure compliance with WRS’s Occupational Health and Safety Program and the Regulation of WorkSafeBC
- May be required on occasion, to assist with other tasks within Service Express team
- All other duties as assigned
- Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record check

Skills & Experience**:

- Must be able to build and maintain credibility and relationships with customers (internal and external)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a passion for dealing with and emotionally connecting with others
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis-
