Whistler, Canada Crystal Lodge Full time

The Crystal Lodge is currently seeking a full-time House Person to join our growing Housekeeping team. This is a great, supportive role where you will predominantly work alongside the Housekeeping team, however, there will be times you will also work with and alongside the Maintenance and Front Desk departments to ensure smooth operations across the hotel.

The main focus within this role is to provide a housekeeping service to communal and private areas that maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the hotel.

Some of the duties that you would be required to complete, but not limited to, include:

- Maintain all common areas of the hotel (inside and out) ensuring that the property remains clean, professional and welcoming to guests.
- Remove and keep on top of all garbage/ waste areas and bins, disposing of materials appropriately and efficiently.
- Advise the Housekeeping Manager and Coordinators of any stock shortages by conducting stock checks regularly.
- Assist the Laundry department with both clean and used linens.
- Report any safety hazards to the appropriate departments and minimize risks where safe and possible to do so.
- Respond to guest's requests in a timely and professional manner when instructed to by various departments.
- Build positive relationships with guests ensuring that you maximize guest satisfaction at all opportunities.

This role requires someone who is physically fit and able to work long hours on your feet as this role is predominantly spent standing and walking around the hotel for extended periods.
