Operations - Visual Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure store displays reflect current brand guidelines.
Assist with floor sets, product placement, signage, and promotional displays.
Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness, organization, and replenishment.
Partner with store management and sales associates to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
Monitor product levels on the sales floor and communicate replenishment needs.
Support seasonal transitions, promotions, and special events with creative displays.
Ensure mannequins, fixtures, and displays are styled consistently and kept in excellent condition.
Observe customer shopping behaviors and provide feedback to improve visual strategies.
Assist in training store team members on visual standards and display maintenance.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or visual presentation preferred.
Strong eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.
Ability to lift, move, and carry fixtures and merchandise (up to 25-30 lbs).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key merchandising events.
