**Finance Manager**

For almost 20 years, **Aquatech, **has beena leading supplier and distributor of specialized Dewatering and Pumping Equipment, including advanced Water Filtration and Treatment Equipment/Systems.

We are currently hiring for a self-directed **Finance Manager** to oversee all accounting and administrative activities for a specialized groundwater management company with operations in Canada and the US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accounting and administration departments.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.
- Plan and prepare Quarterly and Year end audit files.
- Train new staff as required.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations and oversee banking functions.
- Oversee all capital asset and inventory transactions for both Canadian and US Operations.
- Oversee all Corporate Tax filing, HST, CBSA remittances.
- Handle all holding companies accounting and reporting.
- Research, assess and analyze business needs and requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Accounting designation (CPA), or in process of obtaining
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience in an accounting or financial management role
- Experience in the construction industry an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work closely with a senior management team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
