**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including account reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development efforts through sound financial planning.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and enhance departmental performance.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategies for effective cash flow management and resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficient in account reconciliation, budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex financial information.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
