**What you offer**:

- Current RPN license in good standing
- Must possess initiative, be dependable, and have sound judgement with a passion for working with senior clientele
- Superb communication skills for positive interactions with Residents, guests, and other team members
- Ability to lead the care team successfully and positively
- Demonstrate understanding of the role of RPN in diverse levels of care

**Qualifications**:

- Current RPN License in good standing
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and Move-N
- Understanding of advanced directives and end of life issues
- Understanding of the role of a RPN in various levels of care
- Working knowledge of regional and federal regulations in seniors’ health and housing
- Must possess current CPR ‘C’/AED certificate
- Must possess initiative and good judgement with an ability to maintain composure and confidentiality
- Must be able to multitask and set priorities using a proactive approach
- Must be excited to engage with seniors on a regular basis
- Must like meeting and conversing with new people
- Must have advanced English language skills
- Must be friendly, courteous, and empathetic
- Must be trustworthy and reliable
- Must exhibit our values in everything that they do
- Must have excellent emotional intelligence
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff associate members and Residents
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- The concept for The Manor Villages evolved over a decade of planning and development in the determination to develop the finest housing with a quality lifestyle for the senior resident. Precipitated by the changing needs of his Mother Bertie Viola Mann, our President Dr. Garth Mann took it upon himself to personally visit close to seventy (70) senior housing facilities across Canada and the United States to familiarize himself with the industry and refine the lifestyle for the future Manor Villages. After much discussion and countless hours of effort, the vision of The Manor Villages became a reality in 1997 when we proudly celebrated the opening of our first community - The Manor Village at Signature Park which was proudly dedicated in loving memory of Bertie Viola Mann. Since that time, The Mann Family, the management, and staff-associate team have dedicated ourselves to provide excellence in housing design and a ‘Lifestyle Experience’ second to none._

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $26.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- RPN: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (required)
