**Contract PSW / RPN**
NKS Health Mississauga is looking for a qualified (PSW) or a **Registered Practical Nurse** (RPN) to join our team This is a casual Part-time offer with 20 hours per week.
**Responsibilities**:
- Medication preparation,
- Botox reconstitution
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient monitoring
- Attending LTC for toxin injection dates
- Occasional blood work etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR (required)
- Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse or Practical Nurse Diploma
- RN/RPN Student who with a minimum successful completion of year one of the program
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel and reach freely and for extended periods
- Ability to lift 23 kilograms independently; ability to assist clients with standing, walking, sitting; able to reposition clients in bed
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
- Updated immunization record (TB test within 1 year)
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- Flexible work schedule (Monday to Friday)
- **Valid G level driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle**
