**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for specific cleaning tasks and maintenance.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist in facilities maintenance as required, identifying areas needing attention or repair.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
