Opportunity We are currently looking for a motivated, dynamic and organized individual to join our team in Delta as a Receptionist You will be awaited by dynamic colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge with you. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where fun at work is a priority **Some of the responsibilities of the Receptionist include**: - Greeting employees, visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner - Coordinating all office activities (meetings, visitors, special events, etc.) and manage boardroom(s) readiness at all time - Assisting with local car fleet management (exchange of vehicles, winter tires, gas cards, etc.) - Liaise with our Digital and Operations team as the main contact for workplace flexibility bookings. - Processing of Mail (Incoming, outgoing) and processing of courier on a regular basis (preparation of bills, envelopes, call courier) - Manage local office supplies and kitchen supplies - Assist with any special projects as needed for various departments (Marketing, symposiums) - Communicating with local service suppliers (ie, cleaners, landscapers, etc.) to ensure requirements are met - Customer invoicing on 3rd party portals, as well as releasing major campaign shipments as required - Assist corporate office administrator as required (Documents changes, Right Fax, routing web requests) - Administrate resource for our Operations and Logistics Team (including some data entry) - Answer and route all incoming calls, provide backup coverage for our Alberta and California locations - Local and regional coverage to our Traffic Coordinators, with invoicing and packaging credits - Assist ROM and H&S departments with training tracking and enrollment - Provide orientation and manage vendor qualification documentation for third party contractors - Code and process site payables - Distribution of customer appreciation items including event tickets and clothing What are the requirements and skills needed? - Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator or Receptionist in a dynamic environment - Have a related post-secondary education in office administration or related field - Excited to contribute towards a high-performance culture, accustomed to a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills - Proven ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks and projects at once - Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; to work effectively with the Office 365 suite) **The advantages of choosing this position at Quadra**: - Essential services company - State of the art environment - Personalized training - Competitive salary - Performance incentive program - Full benefits coverage (dental, medical, vision, etc.) - Retirement plan with a match - Programs offered to employees to improve their quality of life (Wellness) - Private, family-owned company with a solid infrastructure - Pleasant work environment on a daily basis (Great Place to Work and Best Managed Companies certification) - Caring for each other and having fun are part of our core values - A company that promotes diversity and inclusion - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Opportunity for career advancement and development; a growing company - Company sponsored social events - Employee recognition program (years of service, merit awards, etc.) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
