**While building an overall marketing strategy for our auto group, you will also have the exciting task of supporting, and working with, each of our dealerships with their local marketing efforts.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage all aspects of the auto group's digital marketing campaigns
- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the auto group's website/social media
- Support, and advise, each SMG dealership location with their local marketing efforts
- Tracking conversion rates - what worked, what didn’t, and why?
- Implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns
- Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
- Build marketing plans, manage budgets, and deliver on goals set
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, and ensure effective campaigns
- Ensure 'old school' methods such as radio, TV or print are all part of your toolbox where required

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, or a related field
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with data analysis, content creation, and SEO/SEM
- Working with a CRM system
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media experience in designing and managing posts and projects
- Graphic design skills
- Ability to effectively manage your time (75% from your home office / 25% working on site at our dealership locations)
- Excellent understanding of legal requirements around CASL, contests and advertising

**Wage**:

- $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
