Are you a skilled and passionate bartender looking to join a dynamic and thriving restaurant team? Taste Hospitality Group is hiring at **Cohen's Beer Republic**. We are seeking talented and experienced bartenders to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in our welcoming and vibrant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and care, meeting our high standards of quality.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our drink menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and ensure a memorable drinking experience.
- Maintain knowledge of the food menu and serve guests at the bar top
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including setting up and breaking down the bar station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient communication and service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of our drink menu items, ingredients, and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Availability to work daytime and nighttime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
