As a growing company, we’re looking to expand our sales team with a motivated and dynamic **Sales Associate** who is ready to be part of a vibrant team, representing our brand to prospective home buyers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process.
- Present our custom home designs, floor plans, and construction options to clients.
- Maintain and update client information using CRM software, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth transitions from sales to construction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Work Authorization**: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit.
- **Education**: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous sales experience (preferably in real estate, home sales, or construction).
- Hospitality experience - knowing how to relate and serve people
- Real estate sales an asset but not required
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with custom home building or the luxury real estate market.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation (for property showings).
- Recommendation letter from past employees
