1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, organizing, and supervising construction activities including labour, materials, and equipment.

2. Ability to prioritize activities and accomplish projects in simultaneous execution with demanding deadlines.

3. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for construction projects by implementing the Company's OH&S management system.

4. Maintain and manage plans, specifications, cost, and material estimates, subcontract, and related reports.

5. Establish, monitor, and control construction work schedules and construction procedures.

6. Maintain accurate worker timesheets log on daily basis.

7. Coordinate proper procurement of construction materials ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of purchase orders.

8. Expedite any information required to prepare start-up documents, payment certificates, final payment certificates, all extra work orders, and close-out documents.

9. Prepare take-offs as required to calculate all productivity and material yields.

10. Organize and conduct any construction field services as required.

11. Excellent communication, punctuality, presentation, and negotiation skills.

12. Employees may also be assigned other work as required.

Working Conditions
- Standard 40 hours per week, overtime work and night shifts will be necessary based on operational requirements
- Working in an office.
- Travel to/from/within jobsite(s).
- Frequent exposure to construction environment i.e. heavy equipment, oncoming traffic, inclement weather, etc.

Other Position Details
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, and strong commitment to achieving project's goals and objectives.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and good multitasking abilities.
- Effectively analyze situations, problems and/or issues to recommend cost effective solutions in a well-timed manner.
- Strong ability to work in a teamwork environment interacting with other professionals.
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
