**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, cash handling, and maintaining POS systems.
- Train and develop staff on best practices in retail sales, customer engagement, and store management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in tasks and objectives.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize inventory levels and product offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a focus on cashiering, sales, or store management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members effectively.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate interaction with customers and team members alike.
- Experience in cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
