**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Acting as an ambassador for our company with all accounts in the territory
- Increase brand awareness within the market for all current and future brands - Parallel 49 Brewing, Muddlers, Squish
- Increase market share in the territory,
- Build amazing relationships with key decision makers at retail and hospitality.
- Launch, Plan and Support our promotional and release schedules.
- Plan for and execute to achieve sales and growth goals each Month/Quarter.
- Attend and set up events as a representative of Parallel 49 Brewing Company as needed.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge base for all of the products within the family of brands.
- Analyze, plan, establish and maintain an efficient and productive daily call pattern in assigned territory to both to on-premise and retail customers
- Achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives
- Analyze the total territory and each account to determine the priority selling and promotional opportunities
- Service and ensure the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management.
- Educate staff by administering product tastings and training seminars on priority brands.
**Qualifications**
- You thrive on challenges. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- You are confident, diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships
- 1 - 2 years merchandising or sales experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry and/or other consumer packaged goods organization
- You must have and maintain a provincial valid driver’s license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to reaching and exceeding personal sales goals
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work well independently with little or no supervision
- Previous experience with CRM Software,
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of beer styles, production methods, and trends,
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and professional selling,
- Passion for craft beer and beverages.
- Ability to travel
