**Position**: Salesperson / Estimator

**Compensation**:Full Commission/Commission + Base Salary + Benefits + Bonuses

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site evaluations and sales appointments to assess project requirements.
- Sell roofs, siding, eaves and services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and B2B
- Read and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications for estimating purposes
- Create roof sketches and reports, including material order details
- Collaborate with Project Managers for efficient project planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to delivery accurate estimates
- Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals to various builders, customers, and contractors
- Diagnose roofing issues to propose corrective measures and quotes
- Source and generate new leads

**Employment Requirements**:

- Ability to read blueprints an asset
- Knowledge of roofing and exterior trades an asset but not required.
- Computer knowledge including Apple products, Gmail, Google Maps, Microsoft Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
