Roofer

**Note: Driver's license and vehicle are required to be considered for this role.**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Repair or replace broken or missing shingles
- Install new roofing systems
- Perform maintenance on existing roofs
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently

**Experience**:

- Experience with hand tools for roofing projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for roofing layouts
- Previous work as a carpenter or maintenance person is advantageous
- Proficiency in building and construction techniques
- Knowledge of caulking and sealing methods
- Capable of heavy lifting as required in the roofing industry
