**Your Role**:
**Day to Day**:

- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs across the company.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across all divisions to develop a sustainability plan, establishing goals and metrics to measure the company’s sustainability performance.
- Assess existing operations to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives to meet European Union (EU) requirements.
- Assist in formulating sustainability policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and stakeholders to identify data requirements and determine audit, report, or dashboard requirements necessary for meeting sustainability program standards.
- Coordinate with various business units to gather and consolidate sustainability information into a cohesive report, ensuring that audit and program reports satisfy requirements or eligibility criteria.
- Partner with the Learning and Development and Marketing teams to create educational pieces and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Environmental Studies, International Development, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability programs and a strong understanding of sustainability concepts.
- 3+ years of data analysis and reporting related to sustainability.
- 3+ years of experience in team management or supervision, demonstrating effective leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey sustainability initiatives and requirements to both executive leadership and operational staff.
- Must be able to travel provincially and interprovincially and hold a valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Agricultural industry.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion.
- Experience in implementing the fundamentals of organizational change management and continuous improvement.
