**Job Summary**:
The Junior Body Technician assists in performing vehicle body repairs, refinishing, and reassembly under the supervision of senior technicians. This role is an entry
- to mid-level position focused on learning, skill development, and ensuring quality repair work in compliance with company and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in repairing damaged vehicle bodies, frames, and panels.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces.
- Remove and install vehicle parts, trims, and panels as needed.
- Support in welding, filling, and dent removal under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment properly.
- Assist senior body technicians in complex repairs and learn industry techniques.
- Document repair work and update job cards or work orders accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical diploma in auto body repair preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in body repair or automotive maintenance (apprenticeship experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of auto body repair tools and materials.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy parts.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
