**Key Responsibilities**:

- Morning baking and finishing of pastries
- Bread and viennoiserie preparation
- Assisting with lunch prep and service
- Maintaining par stocks of pastries and components
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Early morning availability and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, focused on pastry and baking
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

**Details**:

- Wage rate based on experience
- Potential for full-time hours
