**About Us**:
Founded in Hamilton in 1979 by John Bear, the group now has three dealerships in Southwest Ontario and sells GMC, Chevrolet, Buick and Cadillac vehicles in St. Catharines, Hamilton, New Hamburg, as well as the surrounding Niagara and Kitchener-Waterloo regions.

**Position Summary**:
John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Cadillac Ltd. is looking for a reliable and customer friendly **part-time Receptionist** for our Hamilton dealership. This position will work Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 5pm and Saturday's 9am to 5pm (23 hours per week).

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering a multi-line switchboard.
- Greeting customers in a polite manner as they enter the building and directing them to the proper areas of the dealership.
- Assisting Sales Managers and sales staff with basic office administration.
- Making sure office equipment is running properly (copiers have toner and paper).
- Closing out of Moneris VISA machines at the end of your shift.
- Sorting and filing service repair orders and Parts customer invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Highschool Diploma
- Administrative Assistant and/or Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service experience

Pay: $16.00 per hour
