Do you love helping people and keeping things organized? At Rainbow Ford, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to be the welcoming voice of our Service Department. You’ll help guests enjoy a smooth, stress free service experience from scheduling their appointments to arranging transportation and following up after their visit.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Book and manage appointments for the Service Department, including handling incoming calls.
- Stay in touch with customers, sending reminders before appointments and checking in afterward to ensure they had a great experience.
- Share daily updates with managers about customer feedback.
- Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Contact customers about recall work and coordinate scheduling with the parts team. -Arrange transportation services (rentals, valets, and shuttles).
- Support the team with other tasks as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of dealership experience as an Appointment Coordinator or in Business Development preferred.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly phone presence.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities with an eye for detail.
- Confident using computers and dealership software.
- A proven ability to deliver great customer experiences and solve problems.
- A team player who works well across departments.

Pay: $15.00-$26.08 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
