,**ABOUT US** **Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a cleaner to join us We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Job 1: Exterior Litter Pick-Up Wage: $21.00 per hour Location: Langley Bypass & 200 St. Schedule: Seven (7) days a week (Sunday to Saturday) Hours: Morning Shift: 1:30pm - 4pm (17.5 hours per week) Job 2: Exterior Litter Pick-Up Wage: $21 per hour Location: Steveston Hwy and No.1 Road, Richmond Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat (7:30am - 9:30am) Hours: 2 hour per session (10 hours per week) Mandatory qualifications: - You own a smartphone with data - You are authorized to work in Canada - No subcontractors Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience - Experience in surface disinfection - Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**: - Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas - Garbage and recycling disposal - Clean windows and mirrors - Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high - Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products **If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with the following documents and information**: - Resume - Availability (What days and times are you available during the week) - References (mandatory) - We thank all applicants for their submissions.
