Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry.
**The Day to Day**:
- Full cycle recruitment includes reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews and on-boarding.
- Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements.
- Efficiently and effectively filling open positions.
- Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with college/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition.
- Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations.
**Here's What you need**:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting
- Full-cycle recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment.
- Class 5 Drivers License & vehicle would be considered an asset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with ATS software
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Must enjoy working with people
