**Job Summary**
Are you an accountable, hardworking individual with proven experience in Inventory control and Shipping/Receiving, looking for interesting projects in a collaborative work environment in the West end of Mississauga around Highway 403 & Dundas Street?

We are currently looking for an Inventory Controller/Shipper Receiver to add to our dedicated team of fabricators and installers of architectural metal and glass products.

Our Inventory Controller/Shipper Receiver works with the production team to ensure all materials and consumables are inspected, picked, and prepared to aid in proper workflow on the production floor. All our work is fabricated in our production facility. We take pride in consistently delivering at or beyond our client’s expectations and aim for only the highest level of craftmanship. Our creations are in various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and other materials as required. Our Inventory Controller/Shipper Receiver is dependable, proactive and above all else detailed-orientated. Ideally, they have 5 years experience working with an MRP system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels through our MRP system (MRPeasy)
- Load/Unload trucks for deliveries and shipments
- Receive and inspect raw materials and components
- Package and prepare finished projects for shipping
- Pick raw materials and components for manufacturing orders
- Complete NCR’s and RMA’s when required
- Responsible for inventory cycle counts
- Maintain a clean warehouse and workspace
- Receive finished projects and stock components into our MRP system
- Assist Production Manager with project flow through MRP system
- Assist with purchasing
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

**Required Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Blueprint Reading
- Efficient in both metric and imperial measurement
- Forklift certification (counterbalance)
- Minimum 5 years experience working with and maintaining an MRP or ERP system

**Communication Skills**
- Must have good communication skills and must be able to transfer information between team members
- Have a strong command of the English language
- Must be able to communicate respectfully and professionally

**Work Environment**
- Physical Environment - Shop and office
- Physical Effort - Must be able to carry up to 80 lbs - must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be willing to work additional hours, as required

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
