Your Mission

As our Service Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our service operations, ensuring every lawn technician and supervisor is equipped to deliver excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building a Rockstar Team - Hire, onboard, and train both seasoned professionals and enthusiastic newcomers.
- Driving Best-in-Class Service - Oversee operations to ensure we exceed expectations for thousands of customers in your region.
- Managing the Fleet - Oversee trucks and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
- Leading from the Front - Be the go-to leader for your service team, inspiring them to perform at their best every day.

- Salary: $55,000-$60,000 based on experience.

The Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with longer hours during peak season and a relaxed off-season schedule. Some weekend availability may be required in the spring.
- License: A valid ‘Class D’ Drivers license with a clean driving record is required.
- Work Location: In person
