**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of food service operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Implement and maintain POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen equipment is preferred.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for culinary arts and commitment to quality service.
