**SOUTHLAND is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for new School Bus Drivers. This bonus will be paid out following 6 months of employment.**

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students daily and must be committed to safety and customer service.

As a School Bus Driver, you will work a split shift, being paid for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Drivers work during the school year and are given time off in July and August.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (FREE S endorsement training provided)
- Organized, punctual and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Working knowledge of the area and map-reading skills
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
