**Your main responsibilities**:

- Help analyze the performance of products, systems or processes, and carry out projects in your sector of activity
- Identify the needs of the different parties involved, assess problems and adapt your actions to particular situations while offering quality service
- Provide information useful for decision-making and formulate recommendations to improve work processes and systems.
- Help develop and implement new work processes and systems
- Monitor activities and ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures
**Competencies required**:

- A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience or any other combination of education and experience considered equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Experience in analysis, an asset
- Expertise in continuous improvement, an asset.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
