The Commercial Operations Analyst will be working on the business side of the commercial organization, supporting the commercial operations, sales reporting and analytics function.

**Here’s what your day-to-day in this role will look like**:

- Evaluates and organizes data, analyzes market trends, and provides support to Marketing and Accounting teams.
- Work with project managers, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and sales team leaders to implement and collaborate on major sales-related projects.
- Integrate, analyze, and evaluate commercial performance based on predetermined metrics.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress.
- Support VP of Commercial Operations on planning processes, managing projects, and preparing commercial meetings.
- Assist in territory and quota administration, report and dashboard management, basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required.
- Contribute to developing business controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize commercial performance.
- Maintain accurate client data throughout CRM and different systems, ensure correct allocations, and document pertinent transaction details.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**:

- Great oral and written communication skills (English) essential.
- Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in administration (finance, economics or marketing) or another related field.
- Extreme attention to detail and consistently seeks to understand the cause and effect of a situation thoroughly.
- Can present ideas clearly using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a team, independently, and meet deadlines.
- Possess these skills: critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforces, customer relationship management (CRM), and data visualization.
- Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and trust.
