The primary focus of this position is to assist the Kitchen Lead in efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This position is fun, creative, engaging, and hands-on in nature.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare high quality food items for customers daily
Cooking on the line and following recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
Keep kitchen areas tidy and organized and assist with scheduled weekly deep cleaning duties
Follow food safety guidelines to maintain sanitized food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience cooking in a fast-paced environment an asset but not required

**Characteristics**: energetic, hard working, efficient, organized and a strong team player
Be available to work evenings and weekends
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 Doses)
