Pickering, Canada Gray's Landscaping & Snow Removal Inc. Full time

Gray's Landscaping is currently looking for a bookkeeper to join our team

Roles & Responsibilities will include:

- Full cycle AP&AR: sorting and matching invoice, coding and entering transactions, issuing cheques, collecting, verifying and filing, and making deposits etc.
- Make monthly bank reconciliation. Analysis budget of project cost. Calculate project profits
- Calculate and prepare: payroll in a timely manner and prepare source deduction remittance on monthly basis, and HST return for multiple subdivisions in monthly or annually base.
- Assist accountant with year end financials and preparing T-4's for employees
- Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
- Weekly reporting as required by office team
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding accounts
- Ensure high-level accuracy of financial records with use of Quickbooks
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel & other general office software
- Dedicated, focused, ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through with project goals.
- Must be a team player

Pay : Starting from $51,000 per year based on experience

- Certified Bookkeeper/Accountant certification (preferred)
